Data processing will merge, purge and prepare your mailing list or other personalized variable information to be printed directly onto envelopes, self-mailers, personalized letters, etc. Then we'll meter, sort, bundle and drop your mail pieces at the post office or bulk mail center for the lowest possible mailing rates.

ProGraphics can help you manage your existing list or we can acquire a mailing list, filtered for your use. We can create lists, merge and purge duplicates, and verify, standardize and correct your list in compliance with the USPS national address database.
Addressing | Mailing
We offer high speed, high resolution, variable data, black & white printing and addressing on personalized letters and postcards, and admark/inkjet addressing without labels. ProGraphics stays up-to-date with postal changes and regulations and we have our own postal mailing permit. We provide presort capabilities for the LOWEST POSSIBLE MAILING RATES, including OCR coding, bag/sack labels, postage statement verification and CASS Certification.
Fulfillment
Sometimes different parts of a job need to be handmatched, packaged together, or sent to more than one distribution center. ProGraphics keeps it all organized with proven systems, shrink wrapping systems, taping/reinforcement machines and Bunn tying machines. If we can't do it by machine, we will do it by hand. We can also warehouse variable data masters for quick imprinting as needed.
Delivery
ProGraphics can deliver your finished print products to your location or to the post office, plus we have access to on-line tracking with UPS and Federal Express. The shipping department at ProGraphics is equipped with diesel trucks, pickup trucks, forklifts and company cars to deliver your job on time, every time.
