Printing

We are a custom printing company. Every job is considered on a case-by-case basis. Our variety of presses enable optimized flexibility in size, color, speed and quantity.

Offset Printing

Traditional offset printing offers the economies of scale for materials that are used frequently and change seldom. Two, five and six-color presses give us the flexibility to print a sheet as large as 28” x 40”, print two sides in one pass (perfecting), or print directly onto envelopes. Our Komori presses are equipped with coaters and extended delivery, so printed sheets dry instantly for faster turn-around time. In-line coatings also help protect printed pieces from smear and smudge.

Digital Printing

Digital printing technology lets you print on demand the exact quantity of documents you need when you need them. Smaller run quantities allow you to reduce warehousing costs and waste due to obsolescence. Our Kodak NexPress digital production color press features a large 14" x 26" sheet size, vibrant color, protective coatings, dimensional texture and a variety of substrates. Our HP Digimaster prints sheets up to 14" x 18" in black only.

Variable Data

Variable data allows you to target each piece of a printing project so that your message is highly relevant to your customers. Each piece is customized, based on the information you've supplied in your database. For large quantities, where speed is of the essence, our HP Digimaster can print black variable data on pre-printed color masters. Our Kodak NexPress digital press allows every element of each printed piece to be variable and in full color.

Inks | Coatings

The four-color printing process uses very small dots of cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink (CMYK) to simulate an almost infinite variety of colors. Spot colors are premixed and specified using a Pantone Matching System (PMS) swatch book. Spot colors are used to avoid registration issues, achieve consistent color, ensure an exact match, or to produce "out-of-gamut" colors which cannot be simulated using CMYK. High gloss Spot UV may be used to create contrasts in sheen and other special effects. Embossing and metallic foils also available.
